Bei mir öffnet sich bei Menü nur die Reiter Hilfe und dann Inhalte Support anfordern Über keine Eingabe des Lizenzschlüssel möglich
If you are using a beta version (currently 9.0.x) there will be no license option.
Ich habe vor einiger Zeit die Demo-Version installiert und heute aktualisiert auf die Version 9.0.1708. Nun wollte ich eine “Free License” aktivieren, aber es kommt leider keine Verbindung zum Server zustande.
Es erscheint immer die Meldung:
“Während der Kommunikation mit dem Lizenzserver ist ein Fehler aufgetreten:
ActivateLicenseFromApplicationEx failed”
Eine Neuinstallation hat leider nicht weitergeholfen.
Hat jemand eine Idee?
Some apps turn off specific services that are required to connect with the license server, so there are some settings you can check.
Click on the Windows Start button and type Services
Open the Services option from the results.
Check that both Cryptographic services and CNG Key Isolation are running.
If they aren’t, start them.
Then try the activation again.

As a test, can you completely disable any anti-virus, firewall, proxy or VPN, then try the activation again.
Sometimes even restarting your router may resolve this.
Hm, nothing works. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I was on vacation for 2.5 weeks. After two weeks, for the client is only available in offline mode
