Can someone help? im moving to a new PC. Backup/ restore worked fine. I deactivated my license in the old pc, but the new pc activate license needs an activation key, which i dont remember. Ive gone on the Lost Activation key page on em website, but no mail coming through after several hours. Ive got the Free License- is that why? how can I move the license? Thank you
You can search for the license in the inbox where you received the “eM Client Free License”, you should find the Activation key.

Yes you normally just go to the lost activation key website and “enter your original registered email address” and the activation key will be sent to your webmail. You can then activate that via “Menu / Help / License”
If you carn’t find the activation key in your webmail , then “check your Spam / Junk mail folder” in your webmail. If its still not in your Spam / Junkmail folder, then email [email protected]
