Free Licence Code not working (version 8.2.1478.0)

Hi all

I am using version 8.2.1478.0 on Mac OS X Capitan as that is the only version that works on my Mac. When I try to enter the free licence code it comes back with a server error. Looks like the eM server cannot verify the code.

How can I get this fixed?

I am using version V8.2.1478 on Mac OS X El Capitan. When I try to enter the free licence code it comes back with a server error.

Try then installing the last eM Client V8.2.1721 via the release history page and see if that makes any difference. Close eM Client before installing the update.

If you have already tried that version, what is the exact server error you are getting ?

Also have you ever been able to activate the license ?
