Hi Ulrich, if you’re using an IMAP account, all your emails should remain in your folders until you delete them. However everything depends on your setup, if you’re using a POP3 account you might have automatic deletion setup for your account?

Hi, I believe the forum does not send you notifications about everything on the forum, If you’re receiving posts to topics unrelated to your followed topics, check on the topics and uncheck the option to follow the post, then you should stop receiving notifications.
