Found a feature. Search history (filter messages)

This may be documented but I found a feature by accident. In the message list I have one message selected, in this case a message from eBay. In the Contact Details > History pane on the right side, all the messages from eBay appear. So quick way to see all the messages from one sender. Then I accidentally started typing and lo and behold, I can do a second filter by keyword in those messages from that one sender.

In this example, I was looking for a wall mount, out of the dozens and dozens of messages from eBay, by typing “wall” I narrowed down to the messages from eBay with the word “wall”. Very handy.

I’m using eM client, v. 10.1.4588 on a Windows laptop.

Search - Just start typing and search bar will appear. While using the search bar, you can search for all types of messages (i.e. mails, chat messages) that you have exchanged with your contact in the past. You can switch between History and Attachments by simply clicking on the proper button.
