When somebody is forwarding an email to my gmail account only halve of the forwarded msg is displayed. This happened now the second time from the same sender
If you are using the latest V9 or V10 and not seeing all the senders forwarded email, that could either mean “that you might have set eM Client to block external content” for that specific sender, or “the senders email is non standard html” and would need to be investigated by support.
So first suggest you go to “Menu / Settings / Mail / Privacy” and check if you have blocked external content for that sender. For a test to see if that senders content has been blocked, you could eg: set eM Client to display unsafe content in all messages to see if that email then displays.

If it still doesn’t display all content with nothing blocked “and other sender emails do display ok”, then suggest next to go to “Menu / File / Export” and save that sender email as an (.eml) message to a folder on your desktop or documents as an example of the problem.
Then if you have a current active paid Pro, Personal or Business version go the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket and attach the (.eml) file to be investigated.
Also include your version of eM Client and if you have Windows or Mac and your OS version. Also if you know what Mail client the sender uses.
