email being rejected as “contains spam-like information”… can’t figure out WHICH SERVER is rejecting…  HOW can we report these frauds so someone at least TRIES to SHUT THEM DOWN ???

Hello Arthur,
if the message cannot be sent it must be your outgoing mail server blocking them from further sending of a given SPAM message.
Have you tried if ‘Forwarding the message as an attachment’ behaves the same way?

Thanks for the reminder Olivia…Same errors… I assume you refer to “smtp server” on port 25 ??

yes, SMTP is your outgoing server.
I’m afraid you will need to ask your email provider to let you send these messages.
