I have reinstalled my PC and forgot to deactivate the licence beforehand. What do I need to do now to deactivate the licence? I have a personal licence.

if you have the Personal 3 device license and you have already activated 3 devices, then if when you go to activate another device with the same key “it will usually deactivate one of the other devices”. Have you tried activating the new device with your same key ?
