Do you mean your e-mail account password? eM Client is just a mail application that allows you to use your mail service on your computer, so you don’t have to connect to it through your browser. If you forgot your e-mail password, you need to go to your mail provider’s webpage (eg. if your address is [email protected], you need to go to gmail.com), find an option “Forgot your password?” and follow the steps for getting a mew password.
