Forced Offline !

Help please. I went to check my emails only to be told I have been forced offline and that I cannot send or receive emails until I have a valid licence. I have been using the free version for years, with no issues. What is the problem and what do I need to do to fix it ?

Hi Steve,

The “problem” is caused by the license checking service, which may- or may not be correct.
It is correct if you use more than 2 accounts, use it for business mail or on more than 1 device.
On the other hand it may not be correct if it inadvertently flags your license.

Lately there have been a slew of these reports, which may indicate that the license checking service
may need “tweaking”…
