Any chance on font size setting in left menu?
At 4K it’s pretty small even at 250% DPi zoom.

At 4K it’s pretty small even at 250% DPi zoom.
If you go to:
Preferences (macOS) → Appearance → Lists → “Folder lists font”
…you can change the font and size for the left hand side folder list. Hope that helps.

Hmm, that’s the fun part, I did it, it only changes line-height, but leaves font the same 
I’ll completely restart PC and try after. It’s a fresh installation. Maybe something ain’t loaded yet.
My bad, restart did it! So uh, I need to turn on and off the App for it to show. Otherwise, works like a charm. Thank You for a great App!

Great news! Also remember: when making changes, it’s best to click on “Apply” for things to change, before “Save & Close.” That said, if you’d made changes and something happened, but not entirely as expected, then maybe it really was a restart that was needed! 
I’m glad you got it sorted. I really like eM Client and agree it is a great app. I should add that I’m a fellow user and not a member of the company.
