Since last update in Win10 I have some problems when I received some mails, specially from Facebook. Anybody can know to solve it ?
Could you please specify what exactly do you have in mind? If you send an example of such a message (please right-click it and select ‘Save As…’) to email@example.com with a link to this thread and a screenshot of how it’s displayed in eM Client, we will examine it.
I have just sent you an email with 2 screen-shot examples.
This can happen if your Windows fonts have been damaged. The culprit is often Helvetica - could you please go to the folder with fonts, make a copy of Helvetica into another folder and then uninstall it? Please see how the messages are displayed after a computer restart.
Correct. I deleted all helvetica fonts and now all is correct.
