Folders with names with dots not synced or listed

Folders with “.” (Dot) in their names are not synced.

I had folders called “domain.co.uk” and “domain.com” - and these where not listed in emclient. If I added them manually they were synced, but then when emclient did a refresh it removed them again. Changing their names and removing the “.com” or “.co.uk” fixed the issue.

Hi, could you tell me what email provider do you use?

We use mailenable (Its our own server so I do have admin access to it if required)

I have asked my colleague about this situation and I was informed that this is server side issue and you should consult it with your server admin.
