Hi,
I’ve recently found lots of messages in Gmail which aren’t turning up in eM Client because they don’t have labels. Is there any way in eM Client to see these unlabelled messages (and ideally move them into a better place)?
Thanks,
Blaise

Hello,
if emails have no labels then they are shown in “All mails” folder.

Hi Jan,
Thank you for your response. Apologies for a stupid question, but where can I find the “All mails” folder? I’ve looked in the Smart Folders, and can only see “All Inboxes”. I’ve been unable to find it anywhere else or in any of the documentation. For information, I’m currently using 5.0.18661.0. Am I using a version that doesn’t have this feature?
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Blaise
it is not stupid question don’t worry, you can find it under your Gmail email address in leftside bar.

Perfect, thanks for the quick response! I found that I’d disabled that folder from showing in IMAP on Gmail. All set now. Thanks for all of your help!

this can happen and happens a lot, important thing is that it is solved now.
