Find the Chat feature

For some reason I can’t find the chat feature anywhere. I have it on in settings but where do you show it to use it?

I was using it, almost certain now it’s gone.

Hi,
the chat feature should be located in the sidebar on the right side.
If you can’t see the sidebar go to View > Sidebar, and check if it’s not hidden.

All I have in the right sidebar is Contact Details and Agenda.

I tried to install the new version over this and repair.

Hi,
you should be able to get the chat option back by right-clicking any of the current options for example ‘Agenda’ and check ‘Chat’ in the drop-down menu that should show up on right click.

Hopefully, that solves the issue.
