file cannot be found

Good evening. I downloaded the eM Client version 11 with a lifetime license, but when I try to install it on Windows, it says the file cannot be found. What is happening?

Please try downloading the installer again from our website, in case the file was not downloaded completely: Download eM Client 11 for Windows | eM Client

If you have an antivirus, please disable it temporarily while running the installer, then turn it back on.
