Feature Request: Split View in Message Composer (Like Outlook's "Split" Option)

Hi,
I’d like to suggest a feature that would be very helpful when composing or editing longer email messages: a split view in the message editor, similar to the “Split” feature available in Microsoft Outlook.

What is this feature?
In Outlook, you can split the compose window into two panes (top and bottom), each showing a different part of the same email. This makes it much easier to:

  • Refer to or copy text from another part of your own draft,
  • Edit different sections of a long email without scrolling back and forth,
  • Structure complex emails more clearly.

Why it’s useful:

  • Helps when writing detailed responses or long technical emails,
  • Improves productivity and accuracy (especially when replying inline),
  • Reduces the need to copy/paste into external editors or scroll constantly.

How it could work in eM Client:
A simple implementation would be an option (button or right-click menu) in the compose window:
“Split editor” – it would divide the current message body into two scrollable views of the same content. No changes to formatting or layout, just two synchronized editing panes.

Would love to see this:
This is one of the few features I miss from Outlook, and I believe many users writing longer emails would benefit from it. Thank you for considering!

Best regards,
Aleksander
