Hey,
the way to get an action done for a mail (like delete, move or forward) is way to long.
I know that I could learn all the shortcuts for the keyboard or do a rightclick on the popup-menu but right now, I move my mouse to the upper action menu.
This is way better implemented in other mail-clients, and here are some solutions that pop up after you hover over a mail in the list for like 2 seconds:
