Licence activation failed
Hello Philip, are you seeing any errors when trying to activate using your license? Can you please make a screenshot of the error you’re seeing and submit it to us here on the forum? Are you using any security software on your computer, that may have disabled the applications ability to connect to the licensing server at http://licensing.emclient.com or on Port 80?
What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
