I have just tried upgrading to EM9 from EM8 in windows 10 the upgrade failed I have paid for the licence upgrade. I had to reinstall and now the program keeps telling me to purchase a new licence (already done) so now I have a non-working program.
Once you have installed, you need to activate your license.
Go to Menu > Help > License and click on Activate, then paste in your license key.
