Something’s not quite right. I’ve created several rules to move a mail to the spam folder in an outlook account, taking into account the sender. What I don’t understand is why they keep showing up first in the spam folder.
What am I doing wrong? I’ve already removed the domain from the blacklist.

If Outlook account emails are automatically going into the spam folder and you have “no rules or blacklist setup in eM Client to do that” then that is usually because the mail server spam engine is detecting something in the header, subject or body that it thinks is spam and so automatically puts it in there online, which eM Client then syncs locally to the same spam folder.
So try going into your Outlook online Spam / Junk mail folder and mark those emails as “not junk”, which will then move them automatically back to your online Inbox and also train the Outlook mailbox online to keep those senders emails in the Inbox for future.
If those sender emails then still go first straight into the spam / Junkmail folder in eM Client, then go to “Menu / Rules” and uncheck all the rules in there “to rule out it’s not a custom rule in there doing it”. Also at the top of Rules click the dropdown next to Local Rules and see if there is any Outlook account online rules enabled.
Also if you have eM Client V10, go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Mail / Blacklist and Whitelist” and click “Manage Blacklist” at the bottom to check nothing is blacklisted there causing those emails to go directly to Spam.
i don’t understand, I’ve modified and created new rules in both outlook and eM Client to move an email from a specific sender to inbox, but it keeps putting it in my spam folder.
How do I fix this?
PD.: I’ve already marked the sender as not junk but it keeps sending it there.

Sorry i carnt be of any further assistance. Might possibly be then “something to do with your custom rule setup maybe not quite right”.
I can only suggest next if you have a current active paid Pro or Personal version to go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket.
