Fail to add office 365 email

When trying to add my company’s office 365 email, the auto setup fail saying the correct settings could not be determined. Then I tried to add “Mail” -> “Exchange”, it failed again saying “The server was found, but authentication failed.” But the password is correct. What can I do??

I am using version 7.1.33101.0

With Exchange I find you should use the same email address as both email address and user name in the setup fields. See if that makes any difference.
