Using eM Client Android app V10.3.2269 OS 15
If I open a Facebook public event using my Android mobile FB app and then “choose to save that event to my Google calendar”, it shows ok in Google Calendar app, but doesn’t ever sync to eM Client Android app Google calendar no matter how long you leave the app open. Closing and reopening the app makes no difference.
However “if I manually add the exact same FB event to my Google Calendar” it syncs perfectly within a few seconds to the eM Client mobile Droid app. Replicated this multiple times and same issue.
So there is something different with the way Facebook events save to Google Calendar that then affects synching that event to eM Client.
I carn’t visually see any difference but must be something in the code that Facebook put in the Google Calendar that eM Client doesn’t accept.
Eg: FB had a new Public event from Sept 12 to Sept 21 and and I added via the 3 dots … on the right of the FB event and then choose to save it in your Google calendar and choose Gmail.
