Whats this one mean?

Hello,

this means that database is used by external program, do you use any kind of your own backup tool?

Like copy to cloud, or Windows’s backup etc.

It also can mean that database is broken but that situation throws out usually different messages.

so please check if any of your programs touch your database and also tell me if you can use eM Client now or this message is shown everytime you want to turn eM Client on.
