yes that was exactly the issue, windows doesn’t allow you to create folders with more than one dot at the end (along with other characters). The issue should be fixed in the next update released to public.

You nailed it Hans.
So the basic issue is email programs (not only EM client) allowing the creation of folders with dots at the end.
I guess the other programs I could export with, simply supress the dots during the export… without saying anything about it.
