Exporting files to Outlook

I want to know how to export my contacts and email from eM Client to Outlook 2003; I run XP.

You can export them to .eml files for e-mail (drag the e-mails to an explorer folder would also work), and export the contact to vCard.

You need to first export all email messages from EM Client to .EML files.

Messages can be exported from EM Client by using File -> Export -> Export to .eml files.

Then you can use http://www.eml-to-pst.com/ to convert to Outlook format.
