is there any possibility to Export and Import Settings (accounts)?
Background: i need to reinstall the OS and than i will lost all Settings.

you can use backup for this.
File - Backup…
or export
File - Export - Export settings…
please be aware of that you can’t use backup data from newer version into older version of eM Client as these are often not compatible.
