I am new to eM Client and I am looking how to exclude accounts from the global inbox at the top of the mail-view. Actually the global inbox show all inboxes of the added accounts, but I will not see all of them in the global inbox. Is there a setting, which I did not realised?

There is a Sleekplan Request to “remove specific accounts” from Favourites Global Folders which you can vote for below.

eM Client 11 Beta now has Account selection for Global Favourites Folders.

Now you can decide which accounts will be included in your Global folders – you can find this option via right‑click on any of the global folders such as All Inboxes, Unread, etc
