I should add that these errors mostly occur on starting eM Client or when the computer wakes from sleep

These errors are unrelated with the original error in this forum topic and these should not cause disconnecting from the server and sync issues. It seems these are related to network detection after waking up computer. This might happen with some network configurations and are quite hard to diagnose it.

Can you please enable Authentication logs and send them via Send logs button once this happen?
Another important question is. What network connection do you use? Don’t you use a wifi where you need to put login and password in a webbrowser (this model is common in hotels, schools etc).

There are authentication tokens basically. We guarantee we won’t spoil any of these data of course. However we need them to diagnose the issue. You can check what is stored in these logs by yourself. These are located in application folder in Logs subfolder.
