Does eM Client support synchronisation with contacts and calendars from Exchange?
Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment.

eM Client version 6 has native support for Exchange 2007 SP1 and newer. It can synchronize both calendars and contacts.

I was unable to use the Exchange option gives an authentication error. Even data being correct, still do not know if the problem is from our server.
