Exchange mails with attachments over 4 Mb remain stuck in outbox.


There is an issue with Exchange account where emails (sending) with attachments over 4 Mb remain stuck in “Local Folders / Outbox”.
It is the 3rd time this happens to me.

Even closing eM Client and re-openeing does not solve the issue, email still in “Local Folders / Outbox”.

Please note that eM client is well connected to my exchange account and does perfectly sync folders, Calendar, Contacts and also receives and sends emails.
he Issue is only sending emails with large attachments (I have issue from 3 Mb size attachments, upwards).

Technical inputs :
 - eM Client version : 6.0.20617.
 - OS : Windows 7 - 64 bits.
 - Wifi and laptop have no known issues.

 - Exchange settings :
  Server :
  Mail, Calendar, Contacts = Activated, Authentification = use identity credentials.
I have sent Log files and stack dump to Paul ([email protected])

Please check and let me know if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong.


Hi Imrana, I’ve sent you a link to a newer release of eM Client, please update your client and try to replicate the issue on a newer version, I wasn’t able to replicate this issue.
So hopefully it has been resolved in the current release.
