(using eM Client 6.0) I’ve added my Exchange account to eM Client, but many of my appointments are not showing up, and some all-day events are registered as merely day-long events (0:00-23:00).
Hi, can I ask you what version of eM Client and Exchange server exactly do you use?
Jan
I use the latest 6.0 em client (downloaded today, checked with “check for updates”), against exchange 2010 sp2. Would a logfile of some sort be helpful?
Hi, in newest version there were some Exchange server tweaks http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.197… could you try that and tell me result?
Jan
This version does the same. The appointments are not actually missing, they’re just being moved to midnight. Unfortunately, this change is communicated back to Exchange, so I received complaints from colleagues that they would rather not meet so far after working hours
Your collegue Juraj Micek is also looking into this (I have a pro license now, so I’ve submitted the issue to the pro tracker).
Strangely enough, when I did “check for updates” in the version I had installed, it did not find the version that you now link to.
Updated to the latest version, repaired the calendar to redownload from Exchange and the problem with recurring appointments remains the same - they are all at midnight.
I have run this script (https://gist.github.com/8325725) against our EWS server, and it returns this:
2013-12-26T14:00:00+00:00 - 2013-12-26T16:00:00+00:00: Hange, all day: false

2014-01-17T08:30:00+00:00 - 2014-01-17T09:00:00+00:00: Bila , all day: false
2014-01-20T09:00:00+00:00 - 2014-01-20T10:00:00+00:00: Werko, all day: false
2014-01-20T09:30:00+00:00 - 2014-01-20T09:45:00+00:00: Stand, all day: false
so the times reported are not midnightish. It must be in the translation somewhere. I can’t provide an account on this server unfortunately, but if there is a known-to-work Exchange server that has EWS that I can use I’ll be happy to try to reproduce it there.
is this same issue you have tried to resolve with my colleague?
Jan
Yes.
thank you for info.
Jan
No problem. I thought I saw mentioned somewhere a fix was found? Will it be available as a patch/release?
We plan to release new update very soon and it should address your issue also.
