I’ve recently come across a problem with syncing an Exchange calendar. If I accept a meeting request on my phone (using other software that is also syncing with the same Exchange calendar), the appointment is not showing up on my em Client version of the calendar. I’ve also tested with setting an appointment on this calendar and then editing the appointment in the OWA calendar. This causes the appointment to disappear from my em Client. Can you help? This poses a real problem for me.

In case one (accepting appointment through phone), does it show on the server calendar?
In case two, When you edit the appointment in OWA and it disappears from eM Client, is is still in OWA when you check back?
