Exchange Account - Not recognizing Password

I’ve only been using eM Client for a few days. I have two accounts configured; an Exchange 2016 On-Prem account and a Microsoft 365 Cloud account. It took a couple of hours to pull down all the mail but everything looks good and appeared to be working the last few days. Today, the Exchange 2016 account keeps prompting for the password. I type it in and it just keep asking for it. Confirmed that the password didn’t expire and also confirmed the password using OWA. Now I can’t get any mail from that account?

Any ideas or suggestions?
