EWS/MAP SSL Error: "An incomplete certificate revocation check occurred."

Accessing an account on a SmarterMail server through EWS/MAPI results in this SSL error below. If I add the same email account on the same server using IMAPS and SMTPS (force SSL/TLS), there’s no issue. And if I access the EWS URL directly through a web browser or s_client, there’s no issue.

So only the EWS/MAPI client in eM Client has this issue:
eM Client can't verify identity of "myserver.domain.tld" An incomplete certificate revocation check occurred. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be …:

I see this on macOS Sequoia 15.5 (24F74),
running eM Client version 10.3.2040 (31d09e4).

I do get to continue, by clicking Continue in the error dialog:

I see the same issue with two different SmarterMail servers, one in the US and one in NL.

BTW: This is the correct channel for reporting bugs? :slight_smile:

As you have the latest version, I would suggest to login and submit that on a support ticket via the VIP support page if you have a current active paid Pro or Personal version for investigation.
