every time when i go online it checks for mail and try to send email that not in my folders, it try’s for about 3-4 mins. as you can see in the sending task bar.

Hi Gary,
could you right click your outbox and choose Properties>Repair and run a Repair on this folder? Wait till it resynchronizes and see if the issue persists.
