When I started eM Client today, I received a message informing me that there is an update (I am currently on version 6.0.24144.0 using Windows XP).
I selected the option to update but I receive an error when trying to install. So, I downloaded the .msi from your website to my PC and I tried to install that way but I receive the same error.
Please see the attached screen print of the error.

Hi Joe,
please download the installation file for the version 24144 you were running before here - http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.241… and run it to uninstall eM Client completely (dont worry, your database will be untouched so you will not lose your settings or data).
After the application is uninstalled, restart your computer and then install the newest eM Client from this msi file - http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.243…
