error reading connection failed

I keep getting the above error messages when using gmail (latest version) and eM Client (latest version). The “Burin Kantabutra” referred to above is myself, the account owner. I have not received these messages when using Outlook or Thunderbird. 

I sent this same message to eM Client Support about a week ago, but have not received an answer. At that time, I was only getting the bottom error message, about failure to connect.

What should I do?

Hi Burin, when this error occurs, can you please switch to the “Log” tab in the operations window and copy the content of the log and send it to us?
Also what version of eM Client are you currently using and what mail service provider are you using?
