Hi again, can you please copy the whole error and post it here on the forum, or can you please make a screenshot of the error?
Where is it displayed, does it occur while the “downloading attachment” window is displayed or is it displayed as a regular error in the operations window?
When I take the cursor on attachment, there are two options Open or Save. If I select any option the following error screen comes. If I select save options then it asks for save location & then this error comes. The save location folder contains file with 0 bytes.
Hi again, I’ve discussed the issue with the developers and we believe this issue is caused by an old version of your .NET framework installation.
Can you please update your .NET framework and check if the issue persists?
Hi again Ravi, I’m glad I could help and that everything is again working properly as expected.
Please make sure to let us know if you come across any other issues or questions, we’ll be happy to help.
“An error has occurred in the application that prevent it from continuing. The application will be terminated.”
And the application is terminated . It is happening 4-5 times a day.
Hi Ajay, is there an error report window displayed with a “Show error” button, if so, please click on the Show error button, copy the content of the error and post it here on the forum, or create a new topic for this issue, as it’s most probably unrelated to this one.

Did you try to update your .NET framework? It looks like you’re running Windows XP … is that a correct assumption? I’m not sure whether you can install .NET 4 on Windows XP, but maybe you can still try to upgrade your .NET 2 version?
Hi Ajay, I’ve discussed the issue with the developers, based on the error you’ve sent us, it seems like the application is uploading a very large email to your email account (hotmail/outlook/live.com account), please try to open the application in offline mode by holding the ctrl button during application startup (hold the ctrl button and click on the application icon, keep holding before offline mode is enabled).
After you do so, please try to locate the message, it may be in your outbox, trash or junk folder possibly.
