error message - mails in outbox not sending

Hi there,

I often get the message below, which tends to result in messages stacking up in the outbox folder and not sending. I use an Exchange account. eM tens to work OK and emails can come in/out, so I know the set-up or settings works.

Do you have an idea what might be happening an how to fix it?

Thanks,

Pete

Hi Pete,
could you copy the content of the Log tab when this error pops up again?

Best regards,
Olivia

Hi,

4:17:59 PM mail.org [Exchange Web Services]  Synchronizing folder ‘email.orgg/Sync Issues/Server Failures/’

I will keep posting them should anything else come up.

Many thanks,

Please can you try making an exception for eM Client in your antivirus software and windows firewall and see if that fixes the issue?

Also, I checked the list of allowed apps in windows firewall. eM doesnt show in the list, it seems.

Hi Pete,
do the emails that are not sent have any attachment? The session with the server could timeout because of the attachment size limit that is set on the Exchange server.

Best regards,
Olivia
