Hi Sergey,
seems like your database is indeed corrupted. Try deleting the database and starting eM Client with a clean one. If you have any backups, you can restore from them.
Your database is located in C:\Users\YOUR WINDOWS USER ACCOUNT\AppData\Roaming\eM Client.

I do not have a backup, but I still have messages in local folders. Perhaps they still somehow be restored?

Hello Sergey,
unfortunately, since your database is broken and you didn’t do any backups, data from your local folders is lost.
If you do save your data in local folders, I do recommend setting up an automatic backup to avoid this problem in the future (go to Tools > Settings > General > Backup).

I have some backup folder C:\Users\YOUR WINDOWS USER ACCOUNT\AppData\Roaming\eM Client, but with all of them the error checking data, the database itself is not damaged (see screenshot). Maybe the problem is something else?

That is not a backup. That is your actual database.
You can try renaming that folder (“eM Client old” or something) and start up the application again. If the error pops up again, the issue is with eM Client, if it doesn’t it was with the database.
From the screenshot I see the database check was done, but that doesn’t mean the data is in good condition or accessible.
