error connecting, diagnose does not work

Have two gmail accounts. Both were working. One no longer connects and diagnose function does not work at all even on account that is working. I have no trouble conecting to webmail

I suggest you to check Menu>Tools>Operations for any errors connected to that account, you can also send me copy of Logs from same menu.
To copy whole log you need to press Ctrl+A and send it to me in notepad to cooper@emclient.com.
Regarding “Diagnose” button not working, for some accounts it’s expected behavior and it should be greyed out, Gmail account are one of those accounts.
