this is a server sided issue. Does the problem still persist? If so, can you try to login to the account in a browser?

This is really most likely server sided issue, but for us to be sure can you send me SMTP logs?
Tools - Settings - Advanced, check STMP under your account, apply and restart eM Client.
Then simulate steps which leads to your issue and after send logs… to email@example.com together with this topic’s URL.
then you can turn logging off
