When sending emails to a supplier I get this notification repeatedly.
However the supplier received that email, so the errormessage is wrong.
MailClient.Storage.Application.OperationException: Das Versenden der E-Mail ist fehlgeschlagen mit folgendem Fehler: The user account which was used to submit this request does not have the right to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account., Cannot submit message.
On other email receivers I do not see this message.
What can I do to stop such behaviour ?

Are you sending with an alias email address or your primary account email address ? As sometimes if alias email addresses are not setup properly “on the server end” you could get sending message errors like that.
So if you are sending with an alias email address try sending with your primary email address instead and see if you get that same error.
If you are already sending messages using your primary email account address, then could be “the from address of your message is different to the address you are using to login to the server” as @gary advised in the following thread post.
Yes, this may have happened. I tried to forward an email and maybe I used the email account from where the email initially came.
Normally I do not have this problem.
But this morning emClient started with the same error message.
How can I instruct emclient to stop reopening the same error message continuously ?

If the above thread link I posted doesn’t help you and this error is still happening sending messages with your primary email address, then if you are still within your initial 30day trial period then suggest you send and email to [email protected] for initial assistance.
Or if you are outside your 30day trial period and have an active paid Pro, Personal or Business version, then suggest you to go to the Official VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket and link this thread.
