Some reasons why your sending address can be rejected if you have a domain email address when sending.
Your domain lacks proper SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records.
Your sending IP address, email address or domain is listed on a spam blocklist.
Other users on your hosting provider or IP block sent spam.
The message headers or subject or body content might contain words that look like possible spam.
So reccomend you contact your email sending server mail technical support or mail admin to check the first 3 options above with your specific sending email address that is getting rejected.
thanks
any idea how to solve it?
i have Fix IP and sending from differen addresses FROM SAME ip, so the blacklist doesnt look like the issue
how to fix the SPF, DKIM, DMARC ?
I tried by the host server, but seem it does not help
any good tools suggested?

You can Google that. Here is a good blog.
