Hi, I have a terminal server with 20 users connected, each one with eM Client with an exchange account and 1 PEC configured.
On one user, eM Client shows the error in the attachments.
With Outlook, this error doesn’t happen.
How can I fix it?
This error only happen on the deleted items folder.
I also have the log file, but I don’t know how can I upload that.
As I don’t speak Italian, it is difficult to say what the problem is without knowing what the exact error is. Usually removing the account, then adding it again will fix many server errors related to folders.
Your best solution is probably to open a support ticket.
