ERR no such message

When attempting to receive messages, the client fails to receive any messages and returns ERR:  no such message.  When I checked the log, the connection is made, 400+ messages identified, but when it attempts to download the message details, the error is thrown.

Hi Steve, what version of eM client are you currently using? What mail service are you using?
Can you try to right click your mail folder and select Properties > Repair and click on the “Repair” button?

I have exactly the same problem. ERR no such message.  Did you solve the problem? I tried “repair” but did not work

I am using the free version and my provider is Time Warner.

Can you please tell me the exact version number of your application from Help > About?
Could you also please make a screenshot of the error and once the error is displayed, switch to the “Log” tab in the operations window and copy the content of the log.

When does this error occur, is it thrown on startup or after you send a message?

I started having this “ERR no such message.” issue on September 1st using version 6 so I decided to update to version 7 to see if that resolved the issue, it didn’t.  The error occurs when I try to receive messages from TWC email account.  I’m able to send messages with no error.
