For whatever reason I am not able to enter my PRO-License code.

Help > License is not available

Please help

That usually means you have installed the MS Store version of eM Client. It doesn’t use our licenses, but instead uses a monthly subscription you pay to the MS Store.

If you want to use our licenses, you will need to uninstall the MS Store version, then download and install eM Client from our website www.emclient.com
