Enlarge the line text of list email?

I have a very big monitor, so the line text of the list seems to me very little.
There is a way to enlarge (size of character) line of email? Thanks

* I mean the list that you see in picture

You can change this in Menu > Tools > Settings > Appearance > Lists > Fonts.

Here you can change the the Item List Font.
