My v6 just stopped loading one day. Won’t run. Now I’m stuck. Even uninstall and fresh install of 6 or 7 doesn’t work. App won’t run. Process appears for a few seconds then disappears again. v5 does install, but upgrade gets the same problem. I have installed 7 on another PC ok. How to fix this PC?
You could try a complete uninstall with a utility like Revo Uninstaller using the scan feature after uninstall to remove any registry settings or other files.
If it is a problem with the database, you could rename or delete the database. Close eM Client, and then delete or rename C:\Users_username_\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. You may have to show hidden items in Explorer to do that.
